Danielle Blommestyn is a seasoned Conflict Management Practitioner with over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University.

Her career has been marked by her role as the Senior Conflict Management Practitioner for the Department of National Defence, where she has been instrumental in handling complex, high-stakes disputes and facilitating resolutions across a wide range of situations. Her extensive experience in the military and public service context has sharpened her skills in addressing conflicts within large organizations, handling sensitive interpersonal disputes, and managing multi-party processes.

In addition to her work with the Department of National Defence, Danielle engages in private practice, where she offers expert services in mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching, and the design of multi-party conflict resolution processes.
